The current Curate Gallery Room boasts 6,000 square feet on a single level and a 450 square foot wedding party suite. The Gallery Room has hosted hundreds of weddings, corporate parties, political events, and fundraiser galas. We’re very thankful to the clients that have trusted us with these special days.
We’re proud to announce that early in 2024 our new Curate Studio Room will be ready to host events!
The Studio Room will have just over 2,000 square feet and features a beautiful passageway to the Gallery Room. The Studio Room has a modern upscale look with beautiful natural light, a photo niche and patio space in the heart of the East Village.
The new flexible combined space can host single events with an elegant cocktail hour in the Studio Room followed by a reception in the Gallery Room. Alternatively, with the doors closed, Curate can host independent separate events at the same time in each room.
Perfect for weddings, in the heart of Des Moines’ East Village, and on the north end of the new Market District. Curate is within 2 blocks of three East Village hotels and ample parking at nearby parking ramps.
During the week Curate hosts meetings and corporate events including executive retreats, employee training sessions, company workshops and more! Catering and Beverage service is provided by a single source, us! Local Des Moines and national event organizers have placed trust in Curate since 2017.
Curate is a family-owned business with deep roots in Central Iowa. In 2024 Taste! To Go Catering & Events will be celebrating our 20th anniversary! We’re excited to continue to invest in Curate and look forward to serving you for years to come.
